During our initial meeting, we get to know our students. We take the time to learn about their hobbies, interests, goals and preferences. The information we collect at this stage enables us to plan tours and activities with them in a way that is well-tailored for them.
Once we have a solid understanding of the requirements and expectations, we carefully plan the tour for our students. This includes working on a variety of details such as accommodation, visa applications and transfers, in coordination with teachers and students.
We go on the planned tour and enable the students to get the most out of their experience. We carefully observe and guide the students along the way to help make sure they are safe and are following the necessary rules and guidelines throughout the tour.
Students return from the tour having built friendships, engaged in chosen activities and accumulated great experiences. We build and maintain healthy relationships with teachers and students.
We were established in London at the beginning of 2011 as Active Sports Tourism LTD (AST TRAVEL).
